BLOWOUT: DRY AND DULL TO HEALTHY AND VOLUMIZED

When your hair is in need of some major TLC, you need to bring your strands back to life.  We've partnered with Behind The Chair and our PHYTO Global Artistic Director Anthony Cristiano to create a tutorial on restoring your hair and creating volume.

2 Begin by applying PHYTOELIXIR Cleansing Care Cream directly to the scalp. Dot the product on, then use your thumb to work it into the scalp. Leave on for 2 to 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

3 Then, apply PHYTOELIXIR Intense Nutrition Mask and comb the product through her hair for even distribution. Leave on the hair for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing.

4 For the style, start by applying PHYTOKÉRATINE Extrême Cream to the ends only to hydrate and repair.

5 Spray a generous amount of PHYTO Intense Volume Mousse into your palm. Grab a wide-tooth comb, run the comb through the mousse, then run the comb through her hair. This ensures the product evenly distributes throughout and gives her hair an extra boost.

6 For added volume, layer in PHYTOVOLUME Actif by spraying it directly at the scalp area then comb it through.

7 Blow-dry by wrapping the hair around the brush and then moving the brush up toward the scalp. Twist the brush as you release the hair to create a curl. “Focus on the base first to get all the moisture out,” advises Anthony.

Pro Tip: Before you create the curl, remove the blow dryer and allow the base to cool. This will create the big volume you're looking for.

8 Polish the look by using a curling iron throughout to create texture. Then, finish the style with PHYTOLAQUE Soie.
