HEY MOM: Our Phyto Paris Team and their moms

It’s frequently mentioned that every day should be Mother’s Day, not just one Sunday in May. Of course, moms, dads—family, in general—should be appreciated daily, and an errant bouquet of flowers on a regular old Monday never hurts. But we will say that the predictability of an annual homage to motherhood is quite lovely, regardless. So we turned to our team and asked them to share pics and stories with us.

Warning: The cuteness factor could be considered unbearable.

           BRIANNE BELCHIOR, MARKETING ASSOCIATE

My mother taught me to always be kind, to always do the right thing, to see more in people than just their looks, and to always iron my clothes (I don’t always though!). She also taught me that regardless of what is going on, the importance of taking the time and  stopping to enjoy a cup of tea (for me, it is coffee though).

SIMRAN CHAKRABARTI, DIRECTOR OF SALES

My mom has always taught me to be strong, especially in tough times as your true strength will be tested in tough times. Never let anything get you down. Her positive spirit reminds me that “this too shall pass” whenever I’m feeling down. She is one of the strongest people I know and everyday I strive to be as strong as she is.

Growing up, I witnessed my mom get a PhD and becoming successful on her field. My mom is the most talented and intelligent woman I know. She is my source of inspiration. My mom taught me to be independent and to never give up.

SARAH RIVERO, SALON MANAGER

If you have the pleasure of getting to know my mother, you will be seeing one of the largest parts of myself.
My strength, compassion in hard times, unconditional love and discernment through all things comes from this truly amazing creature. With each passing year I learn more and more just how grateful and humbled I am to call this woman my No. 1 influencer and my original ride or die! She is my first and best example of what it means to be a woman.
